In Ayurveda, learning to listen to our intuition plays a vital role in our healing journey. As we walk down the path of self-discovery we understand that we are all individual beings with our own unique set of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.


Tapping into this inner wisdom allows us to make choices that are aligned with our own specific needs and desires. In doing so, we are better able to recognize when we need rest, nourishment, or emotional support, and can make choices that help us achieve a greater sense of balance and harmony.


On June 22nd, I am offering The Power of Inner Wisdom, an exclusive online workshop where we will learn how to connect with our intuitive knowledge through Ayurveda.

It is her passion to be be a vessel of loving awareness and were she can be of service and guide individual to explore their uniqueness Self as a pathway towards finding harmony in their life.
