About The Class
The story of my yoga journey is one of many chapters. I have explored chapters of slow flows, funky flows, hot sweaty ones, gentle, hatha, challenging Iyengar; I can go on and on. I'm always exploring new ways to move my body through yoga. The one practice, however, that has nourished my soul most, has been my personal, at home practice. The best part about it is that I can take it with me wherever I go.
There is something very profound that happens when you tune in to your own unique energetic vibration in a space that you personally create and return to on a consistent basis. Because I have seen and most importantly, felt the impact of this practice on myself, I want to share it with you too.
Starting on May 24, you are officially invited to join me for a weekly yoga practice to help you unwind and nourish yourself. The best part? It is donation-based, meaning you can contribute what feels right in your heart!
We will focus on slow, mindful movements, calming breathwork, and short guided meditations every week. This is a great way to restore your body, mind, and spirit, and it will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome!
Belen first discovered Yoga as a way to combine mental and physical exercise, and soon realized that those were only part of a broader lifestyle. Throughout her career, she has led beginner, intermediate, and advanced vinyasa flow classes as well as restorative, yin, and hatha yoga. To compliment her private and group yoga classes, Belen offers guided meditations focused on mindful breathing techniques and body sensations. She is passionate about creating awareness in the body and mind to cater to her students’ specific needs.
