Ingredients

  • Water

  • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds

  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tbsp dried peppermint

  • 1 tsp licorice root

  • 1tsp flaxseeds

Preparation

Place 1 tbsp of these healing herbs in a heat-proff glass jar. Boil some water and pour it over the herbs. Allow the herbs to infuse for at least 20 minutes. Then, use a strainer to catch the herbs and pour this healing elixhir into your favorite mug. Take a moment to enjoy the warm goodness. Let each sip remind you of nature's kindness.
