About the Recipe

Revitalize your mornings with a bowl of Protein Bliss Overnight Oats - a harmony of flavors to kickstart your day! Infused with warmth and nourishment, it's more than just breakfast; it's a celebration of your well-being. Crafted to inspire your journey to a healthier, happier you!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder

  • 1/2 cup of milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients together in a medium container.


Mix in milk, almond butter, and honey until well combined.


Pour into glass containers or mason jars and let sit overnight.


Before eating, let it sit at room temperature for at least 5 minutes while you chop fruit, nuts, seeds, and other toppings!
